I stayed here for what I believed to be just one night. The rooms, the service, the humanity, the beautify and peace of it all is that of a very private personal resort. I honestly would have paid more but the host being such a generous individual wouldn’t accept. I will always be coming back to this place as I frequently visit the peninsula.

For everyone that is unsure of this property, I understand. The best advice I can give, is to be patient if you are unsure they will answer. I personally got here at 1 am, so it took Miss Mary a while to answer the door but when she did, she was very nice to me and helped me to my room. I highly recommend this place. Beautiful house, beautiful spacious rooms, breakfast included, pool, dogs are super friendly everything is great.

The best hotel i ever been to it was soo clean and had tasty food people there were nice the pool was very clean and not really cold the rooms are HUGE and for 2 dollars IT IS SOO WORTH IT if your deciding to go DO IT it's worth your time TRUST ME

La habitación fue muy buena, servicios excelentes, baño grande, habitación con balcón muy cómoda. Tiene unos perros muy lindos, atención excelente. Al llegar tardó en abrir y eso es molesto, pero fuera de eso que no es tan importante todo fue muy accesible, muy amable, buena ubicación, muy tranquilo, no ruidos de autos, cerca del centro en auto, cerca de las playas, realmente fue bueno. La mujer llamada Mary muy buena atención y disponibilidad, no entiendo porque esos comentarios tan equis de otras personas. Recomiendo este lugar!¡

Lo recomiendo ampliamente, sobre todo si van a un concierto, por ahí está cerquita del foro GNP, un lugar con espacio de jardín y piscina, te incluye el desayuno y en general es súper tranquilo 100% recomendable a personas que tengan vehículo propio, ya que tiene estacionamiento cerrado y amplio, el lugar en si no es hotel, es un hospedaje, tipo Airbnb, si esperas otra cosa este lugar no es para tí.

I am the owner of Casa Xcanatun. There is a site listed here, as our official site, charging about $3 US a night. I have been unable to remove it! I cannot honor this rate - and must manually cancel any bookings made through Direct-Booking. This has been a total nightmare for both us and our guests. We will continue to try to correct this on-going problem.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, es un lugar completamente familiar, limpio, la atención es excelente. Han Sido muchas veces que me he hospedado en el lugar y siempre es muy agradable. Lo único que si debo comentar es que en el desayuno el pan dulce no es nada, nada bueno, la fruta es una porción muy pequeña. Y en una ocasión las sábanas y toallas no se sentían suaves. El trato de la sra Mary es extraordinario siempre está al pendiente si necesitas algo

No es estafa, el problema es que no tienen recepción y la dueña es una señora de Estados Unidos, le marque porque tampoco me abrían la puerta y después si me pude comunicar con ella, me dijo que ahorita le marcaba a la manager para que me saliera abrir, después el trato y todo muy bien hasta tiene desayuno incluido ESTE ES EL NÚMERO DE LA GERENTE PORQUE EN LA PÁGINA NO LO ACTUALIZA +52 99924655725
